Q. What size are the fashion illustrations? 

A. The portraits are of A4 size but when mounted and framed are 30cm x 40cm.

 

Q. How do I pay for my order?

A. If ordering using the Order Form on the How To Order page you can pay by cheque (payable to Picture My Dress) or online bank transfer (please request details from us). Alternatively you can complete and pay for your order securely online using all major credit and debit cards through our Paypal link on our How To Order page.

 

Q. How can I buy a portrait as a wedding present for my friend when there are no wedding photos yet?

A. Picture My Dress offers a Gift Certificate for exactly this reason. Our Gift Certificate comes in a beautiful presentation box and makes a unique present you can give on the wedding day itself. To read more about our Gift Certificates, please click here.

 

Q. How much does a fashion illustration cost?

A. Framed portraits are £229, Unframed portraits are £189. All portraits are double mounted and the price includes all postage and packing costs (FREE within the UK only). 

 

Q. Where do I send my picture/photo to?

A. If you are e-mailing photograph(s) then please send them to lindsey@picturemydress.com or if you are sending them through the post, please send to: Picture My Dress, Studio 643, Wey House, 15 Church Street, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 8NA.  All originals will be returned.

 

Q. What happens if my fashion illustration is damaged upon delivery?

A. All Portraits are fully insured. We happily replace damaged goods.

 

Q. Are the portraits only for brides-to-be?

A. No, many customers order portraits years after their marriage as a reminder of their special day or as a present for their wife or husband. We also receive orders for portraits simply as a present for a particular special occasion e.g. Graduation Ball Dress.

 

Q. How long will it take to complete my portrait?

A. We endeavour to complete your order within 21-28 days after receiving cleared payment.

 

Q. What materials are used in my fashion illustration?

A. You can choose the type of paper you would like for your fashion illustration. Choose from either Hand-Made Himalayan Paper (Vintage Sepia Look) or High Quality White Watercolour Paper (Classic Look). For examples please see the Prices page.
